Machining and shot blasting
Machining
 Loveman Steel has a unique affiliation with large and small machining
facilities. Machining capabilities are up to 14’-0” dia and 60 feet
in length. Forty-five percent (45%) of our fabricated products include
final machining.
As a major buyer from our subcontractors, we have
developed a key working relationship with priority scheduling.
 Stress relieving of our larger fabrications is done in plant utilizing
our portable oven or formula 62 vibratory stress relieve unit.
Sandblasting and painting are subcontracted to qualified area shops
that perform this work in our plant or at their facility.
