Heavy plate fabrications are our specialty. We can supply them in the as-welded condition or completely machined up to 60 ton, 1 piece construction. The utilization of our positioning equipment with the capability of supporting up to 60 ton fabrications, makes the welding process more efficient, resulting in quality welds and lower cost to our customers. Bosh Jackets and Tuyere Jackets are typical rebuilt parts. These weldments are up to 40’ in diameter and must be held concentric to within 1/8”. Our large fabricating and assembly bays allow our inspectors to view an entire project in its fully assembled state, assuring proper fit and alignment. Our traffic department can make arrangements to deliver to your jobsite or for your pick-up. Shipping via our fleet of trucks affords us the flexibility to modify the trailers and handle the special oversize loads. Shipping via our rail spur is also available for larger fabrications.
